Document Integration

Knowing when and how to integrate your documents onto Tonic can be confusing. So, let’s try and clear some things up...

First you can try the custom documents feature on tonic, this can be found by going to Administration>Custom Letters. You can use the header and footer to insert your company logo and your company information. Custom letters are useful if you have a document that is always subject to change such as Terms and Conditions, as you will not have to come to us to make any changes, you can do them yourselves. If you would like to have more information on how to do this then please see Page 11 in your Tonic Manual.

If you are supplying the document yourselves, then all you need to do is send it to support@tonicpower.co.uk and we will do the rest for you - Unfortuantly we do not manage your documents for you and don't keep a copy on file, so if you want to make any changes, then these will need to be implemented your side and the new version sent over to us.

Thirdly, you can use Tonic supplied documents, these are basic so we suggest only using these for a short period of time before replacing them with your own. Any changes needed to these should be submitted to support@tonicpower.co.uk and we will implement them.
