Reporting an error with an integrated document

If you're having issues with any documents integrated by Tonic (anything not created as a custom letter)

Please can you provide an example (in pdf format) along with the details on how it was generated so that we may try to replicate.

Suggested details to include are:
  • What was the document name?
  • Did you generate in bulk or singly?
  • What is the test account that you used to generate the document?
