    We have traced the issue to a DNS issue at our data centres and are working to resolve.

    Expected downtime: 45-60 minutes

    Purpose: ISP to apply and activate software module upgrades on code running on their edge routers as per manufacturer's recommendations.

    Impact: Up to two interruptions in service may be experienced during the maintenance window, manifesting as intermittent latency and packet loss. There may also be some re-convergence during this time.

TinyMCE (Custom Letters) (In Progress)

  • We are aware of a message being displayed: 

    Your access to TinyMCE will expire on 30 November 2020. Please either contact your administrator or upgrade your account using the instructions available at https://www.tiny.cloud/blog/how-to-migrate-from-tinymce-4-to-tinymce-5/.

     There is no cause for concern, the external library will be upgraded.
